Brandy is hitting those charts hard with “Put It Down,” her hit single with Chris Brown. Following the release of the music video and some strong live performances, Brandy’s “Put It Down” has become her first top 10 hit on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Songs Chart in ten years. According to Billboard, the song lifted 11-5 this week and falls closely behind Brandy’s last top 10 on the chart — “What About Us,” which peaked at no.3 in 2002. In related news, Brandy has released a few additional promotional images from her forthcoming album “Two Eleven.”
The album drops October 16 featuring “Put It Down” and “Wildest Dreams.”
