Listen: Chris Brown Releases New Album ‘Heartbreak On A Full Moon’

As promised, the international superstar has delivered his long-awaited eighth studio album, Heartbreak On A Full Moon. Originally teased in May of 2016 along with the project’s first single “Grass Ain’t Greener,” the massive project transformed into a double-album length effort. Boasting 45 tracks, the star-studded set features appearances from R. Kelly and Jhené Aiko (“Juicy Booty”), DeJ Loaf and Lil Yachty (“Handle It”), plus Usher and Gucci Mane on the single “Party.”

Other guests include Ty Dolla $ign and Verse Simmonds (“Only 4 Me”), Yo Gotti, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and Kodak Black (“Pills & Automobiles”), as well as Future and Young Thug (“High End”).

Heartbreak is the follow-up to Brown’s 2015 album Royalty. “With this album, I wanted to capture all bases of who my audience like and what songs they can actually identify with,” he explained in a recent interview on Hot 97. “More R&B, all my girl fans love it, you gon’ have it. More pop, you gon’ have it. But it’s still gonna be my essence.”
